18% Gratuity on all food and drinks Plus 6% Sales Tax on Food
Extra Fees
Waitresses - $8.00 per hour for Hot or Cold Buffets
(2 waitresses are required for the Country Style Menu)
Bartenders - $9.00 per hour
Janitorial Fee - $50.00
Rental Fee $100.00 Deposit Required day of booking (No Refunds)
80% of Food and Drink bill must be paid 2 weeks in advance of affair
Balance of Bill must be paid the night of affair
All final arrangements must be made Sunday, 2 weeks in advance of affair, by 7:00 PM. at 50 South Sixth, Emmaus, PA.
Damages incurred by you, your guests, or your Music Group will be billed to you, as you are responsible for renting our facilities
